We are creating the Food For Tomorrow
The Food for Tomorrow - Happy Food Workshops is a joint initiative powered by the Svenska institutet Food for Tomorrow connecting entrepreneurs from 3 different Western Balkans countries (Serbia, Macedonia, Albania) and Sweden which is creating concrete, small-scale solutions that contribute to more sustainable food consumption.
And we at Synbiotic Kitchen are proud to lead this initiative in Sweden.
We want to power great discussions about one of our current food challenges: increasing the consumption of greens, because a diet that includes more fruits and vegetables is good for your health and good for the planet. To start the conversation, we are gathering 30 influential people around the dining table to share food for thought and kick off a conversation about how we, together, can get people to eat more greens and create a more sustainable food culture.
Our next event will be on the 29th of August 2019 at the Swedish Institute (Slottsbacken 10, 111 30 Stockholm) from 17:30 to 20:00.
